1. The Order Review: Once you submit your request, Jennifer, Amy, or one of our expert stylists will personally review your order.
2. The Sizing Consultation: Before any money is taken or your card is charged, we will contact you directly via phone or email. We will provide the exact, specific designer measurement chart for the gown you selected and walk you through the sizing to confirm it matches your measurements.
3. Finalization: Only after we have connected with you and verified the details will we finalize the order, process payment, and prepare your items for shipping.

Authorized Designer Pricing & Fair Price Promise

All pricing on our website is strictly based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) provided directly by our designers. We promise to ensure you always get the best, most accurate price possible by strictly adhering to these authorized rates. Furthermore, if we find that a designer has lowered or updated the cost of a gown, we will immediately adjust your order to ensure you receive the corrected, lower price. We will always ensure you get the true, verified price provided to us by our designers.

Buyer Beware: Authentic designers enforce strict pricing guidelines and do not allow their dresses to be sold below MSRP. If you see the exact same dress from the same designer on another website for significantly less than the MSRP, you can know for certain that the website is producing counterfeit gowns of inferior quality and shipping them as originals. When you shop with Blushing Bride & Formal Wear, you are guaranteed to receive a 100% authentic, high-quality original garment directly from the designer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because our specialized bridal and formal wear pieces are kept to the highest standard, and because we personally verify sizing with you before charging your card, all finalized sales are final.

• Incorrect Sizing/Fit: We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if an item does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided to us during our consultation. Please note that almost all formal wear requires some degree of professional tailoring to achieve a flawless, custom fit.
• Our "Perfect Order" Guarantee: While correct orders are final sale, we always take responsibility for our mistakes. If an error was made on our part (e.g., your order was finalized as a size 2, but we mistakenly shipped you a size 4), we will gladly accept the return, cover all shipping costs, and prioritize getting you the correct item or a full refund.

If we sent the incorrect item: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at blushingbrideformals@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item/size tag. The item must be completely unworn, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
